Over the weekend, Xebec and the Fafner Project released the first promotional image for the upcoming sequel to Soukyuu no Fafner, along with a few staff announcements. Character designer Hirai Hisashi (Gundam SEED, Fafner) is set to return, as well as script writer Ubukata Tow, with animation from XEBEC and musical accompaniment by angela.
